If for any reason you are not satisfied with your transaction, simply return our check or call within ten (10) days of the date on the check and we will return your items at no cost to you. No questions asked. We guarantee it!



	1. Does it cost anything for Gold Pawn Shop.com to mail me a package so that I can get cash for gold and sell unwanted jewelry? Absolutely not! The Broken Gold Kit that we send you is COMPLETELY FREE! Both your shipping and insurance costs are prepaid, so it doesn’t cost you a dime. If you would like additional insurance the USPS can handle your request. 2. Do you accept all types of Jewelry? Generally, we accept all items sent to us and guarantee to have your check to you within 24 hours. For examples of the gold and jewelry we have received, please visit our What We Buy page.
	3. My jewelry is top of the line, so I would like some extra security in terms of packaging. Do I have to use my own packaging or will you be supplying me with extra packaging materials? Our Broken Gold Kit generally will be enough for any item you wish to send us. If you still have concerns about the packaging, please fell free to Contact Us and we can assist you in determining if you need additional packaging materials. 4. How will I know once you have received my jewelry? After waiting 10 business days (allowing your gold or jewelry to reach us), we ask that you call our toll-free number on our o Contact page and speak with a customer service representative. They will be able to determine if and when we received the Broken Gold™ Kit from you and when we mailed your check. Top of Page 5. What if I am not satisfied with the payment that you sent me? Am I obligated to sell? If you are dissatisfied with your payment, do not worry. Send us the check back within 10 days of the date printed on the check. Once we have the check, we will return your gold or jewelry, no questions asked. 6. I have some gold but I'm not sure it’s authentic. Can I still receive money for this? GoldPawnShop.com has a team of expert staff on hand to determine the value of gold and jewelry that gets sent to us. If we determine that your gold is not real or authentic, we'll send it back to you. 7. Is your Broken Gold Kit insured? We insure each of our Broken Gold™ Kits in case of lost items. The maximum value of the insurance is $80 US. Top of Page 8. Can I use my own packaging? You sure can. If you do not want to wait to receive a Broken Gold Kit from us, feel free to use your own packaging. Please use the Contact Us form and we'll reply back to you with specific instructions on using your own packaging. 9. Can I get a quote for my jewelry over the phone? No. Gold prices fluctuate on a daily basis. Also, until our expert staff analyzes an item and performs a test on the material, we have no way of independently verifying that the item is as it is represented to us. We want to make sure that you get the full value for your jewelry, therefore would not be able to accomplish this over the phone. Remember that if you are not completely satisfied with your payment we will send your jewelry back to you. 10. Do you have any physical store locations where I can bring in my items to?
